Insert Gobo Symbol
Using the dropdown menu choice at Format/Insert/Gobo Symbol, I do indeed get a "gobo dot" in any instruments I may have selected. The trouble is that if I subsequently decide I do not want a gobo in a particular instrument, going back and toggling that command does not seem to remove it. I...

OK - GOOD... I downloaded immediately the 0.91211. I opened the latest re-do I had made of the layout (which was printing out in full scale on tabloids. I printed the new one - and it came out half sized in the middle of the tabloid page?? Even when - on screen - it showed me the full sized layout o...

Making the Changes I asked for
Claude - I have come up against another obstacle to working on the several mods I wanted to make to LX Free. #1 The version of MaxLuxPro that I have on my Mac/Intel computer is 2.1.4b (and you had indidicated I must import them from 2.1.6) I went to your website and notice that the only MacPro downl...

Tabloid Sized Plots
(Thanks, Claude for being so swift and helpful in answering my other inquiries!) I have a printer capable of printing tabloid sized (11x17) color prints. I want all of my plots to be that size on one page. I thought I had it done yesterday. I opened a new document. Set the page size to tabloid and t...

Using my colors
I realize I may be considered a dinosaur -I STILL use Cinabex (many of you younger lighting designers may never even heard of this brand.) I would like to be able to specify the “C” number and get a proper color associated with the instrument symbol. I realize I can simply put C17 as the color and i...

Group Report List
I make extensive use of “Group” designations in my light planning. I would love to have a custom GROUP report showing the positions, instruments, circuiys, colors, etc of all lights in each group

Custom Symbol List
I would love to be able to create a custom symbol list limited to the inventory in my theatre. It would make suing that list so much more efficient. Is there a way to do this? Something like copying symbols from existing manufacturers inventories as shown and putting them in the custom list. (And - ...

Fabulous Effort!
Claude... This LX program is wonderful! And, as it turns out - an answer to my prayers. I will be teaching lighting design to undergfraduates in a liberal arts program (most if not all of whom will NEVER be lighting designers.) Nevertheless, I want to give them a full experience and indtroduction to...
