I am just beginning to get to grips with iCloud. A plot created on my iMac I have succeeded in uploading to iCloud. On my iPad Air LX can see the iCloud version and has loaded it. I am having exactly the same problem. Did it ever get resolved?

There - I knew it would be there somehow. I obviously knew about select all but was thrown by the grabbing of the positions. I just do this to make everyone else look/feel smart.

It is probably in there somewhere but I would like the facility to select all lamps (instruments) so that using the Inspector I can un-check any previously checked information. Many thanks for your reply. The Key Block was indeed hidden on an unwanted layer that in hindsight should have been discarded. Teach me to be better at my housekeeping.

Using the Intel version. I notice that the 'Equipment List' report is no longer available under 'Reports' . I hope this is an oversight as it has always been a feature that I use a lot. Working in a theatre with a basic lamp stock it has always been a useful tool in forming a hire list.

I thought that I had already posted this but it seems to have disappeared. I recently downloaded the Intel version and all seems to be well except that I cannot get a Key Block. I select a lamp and then go to Format/Insert/Add/update Key Block but nothing happens. Is there something I have missed?

Thank you for the reply and it worked perfectly of course. As I said, I don't use LXfree enough to really become fully up to speed on everything but when I do use it I just marvel at the flexibility and usefulness of this software.

Thank you for the explanation. Unfortunately at the end of a long day problems seem to become greater. I really love this software!

With more experimentation I have found that I cannot use new colours while the plot is open. I have to close it and reopen it before the new colours can be accessed. Is this how it normally works? I have also found that the color library in my home folder is the one that Lxfree sees.
