I agree that NEW theatres are moving in the direction of control and distributed dimming...but for the hundreds of thousands of theatres that are already in place...dimmer circuits are not likely to disappear anytime soon. I think I was unclear or you misinterpreted my vision. In most theatres these days there are still fixed locations for each circuit.
