The Par Lamp key has disappeared from the current version (3.9.10). Can i resurrect it from somewhere?

There were a couple of keys that accidentally got left out of the latest build when they were updated. This was only for that single build and was corrected shortly afterwards. The keys should be restored for the current latest build.
