I'd like to know how to import my FX and SEQs. Works well for Cues but still trying to find a way for FX.

The import and export for sequences is found in the popup button in the Sequences window.
Effects are a little different. The export function is in the popup menu. Import is accessed from the add Effect sheet. However, for consistency, Import can now also be found in the Effects window popup in the latest build.
