Channel List Customization Question

In the channel list: the "channel-position-unit#-dimmer-type-use-etc heading is repeated for every channel listed. On large shows, this adds to the amount of paper needed to print the whole list, which seems kind of wasteful. In the old Mac Lux Pro days this situation could be formatted away. Are there plans afoot to allow for only listing the header at the top of each page?

Hi,
A beta version of LXTools is available for download. Included is the LXReportEditor application.
If you start LXReportEditor, you will be greeted with a new report. But, to edit the channel list, close that.
Choose the Channel List using the "Open From Library" command. (This menu looks in the library folders when the LXReport Editor application starts up and then gives you easy access to existing report templates.)
In the window for the Channel List there is a check box "Show Divisions". Uncheck that box.
After you uncheck the "Show Divisions" box, you'll need to add a channel column.
In the original report, the left column is empty except on a heading line. So, in your new report, you can select that column by clicking in the heading and delete it using "Delete Column" from the Format menu.
Next, you'll want to add a channel column using the "Add Column" command. The new column will be at the right of the report. So, the final step is to rearrange the columns by dragging the new channel column over to the left side. (You do this by clicking in the header of the column and dragging it.)
Save the report as "Channel List (no divisions)" (By default, this should save to the user library folder rather than the system library folder. This is the best location for your customizations.)
When you open LXFree, you should have access to your new report as well as the original.
LXReportEditor also allows you to change things like the fonts used, etc.
