Thanks for all the recent revisions!

I am currently using Version 3.6.0 (9312A) of LXBeams on my MacBook Pro running OSX 10.6.8 and got an "update available" notification when I opened it today. I did not find a reference that specifically indicates whether or not 3.9.2 is compatible with my OS.

Is it safe to upgrade to LXBeams v. 3.9.2 on OSX 10.6.8?

V3.9.2 will run on 10.6.8.

You should note that 3.9 is a preview of version 4.0. Previews, being latest builds, are not as fully tested as a release version. Any software may have undiscovered bugs. However, a version is promoted to release status once it has had a chance to be used for a while and thus has a better chance of bugs being discovered, reported and fixed.

The latest release is version 3.7.
