It is a pity that you can not copy and paste focus information while an instrument is grouped with a gobo symbol. Is there someway around this for the eagerly awaited 2.1?

Holding down the option key and clicking on an object within a group allows editing of that object as if it was outside the group. This technique works for any group including a grouped light and gobo symbol. It applies to the copy/paste focus info commands as well as other editing functions.
