Im a bit confused about what really happens under different conditions when I try to resize items by dragging their handles.

If I for instance mark five individual squares and pull in one of its corners it will only change the size on that marked object, not all of them. Thats OK I guess, even though I did expect them all to change, since they were all marked.
So I create a group of my five squares to see what happens then.

I can now resize them all at the same time. BUT this doesnt work at all with lines (There's one exception though - cathing a group of perfectly straight lines in a corner works) AND it only works as long as I dont rotate my squares in the group too much.

Cant tell really when its "too much" but at some point the resizing of a group just wont work any more.

The selection and resizing of grouped objects is improved in the latest build 3.1.9 (8015A)

If i mark a line in some odd angle, lets say 22 degrees, with the intention to shorten or lenghthen the line I inuitively hold down the shift key and then try to resize it by push and pull in some direction.

This leads to the line changing its angle to either 90 or 180 degrees.

Would it be possible to add 45 degrees plus a capture of whatever angle the line might have had when I first clicked it.?

In that way holding down shift would give me 4 options concerning angle.
Present angle, 45, 90 an 180 degrees.

As it is now its quite impossible to resize an angled object manually without changing its angle slightly.

Resizing grouped items leads to somewhat surprising results.

This is greatly improved in the latest build 3.1.10 (8020B).

Scaling of objects in groups is proportionate to the shape of the box enclosing the group. This may cause small differences to show as the group is distorted by dragging its handles. However, rotated groups should scale much better now.
