Editing locked items

I noted today that I can change colours, stroke width and style on locked items and I can also Group our Ungroup locked items.

I guess thats not supposed to be possible, or is it?

I tried this in LXFree Version 4.0.2 (10007.1)
and LXBeams Version 4.0.2 (10005.1)

Locking only prevents objects from being moved.
