Changing Symbols
When I'm placing lighting symbols onto a hang position and go to a different fixture type the last fixture I 'hung' switches to the new fixture type I just chose. Is there something I'm doing wrong? It seems to be a straight forward process.

When a symbol is selected, the palette is used to switch fixture type.
When the symbol tool is selected, the palette shows the symbol that will be drawn.
If you are drawing a number of symbols and want to switch types frequently, you can double-click the symbol tool to "lock" it so that it does not switch to the selection tool after placing a symbol.
