LXfree Java - 1/8" scale

Post by WCUTheatre »

Hey all -

I have looked all through this forum to see if I could find information on how to lower the scale from 1/4" to 1/8". I am sure it must be possible. The program is great and I have really enjoyed learning it. I am stumped on this one though. Any help would be awesome!

Thanks!

LXFree has only one native scale 1/4" or 1:50 depending on if you are using english or metric measurements. You can print at a scale or zoom a plot to effectively get output at other scales. Printing a plot at 50% yields 1/8" or 1:100 scale as does printing at 200% which is the same as 1/2" or 1:25.

If your printer driver does not let you print at a scale, then zoom is the best option.

PDF export requires that the zoom be actual size and you'll need to scale the exported PDF after it is created.

Java library for building applications to display dynamic and interactive text-based applications. The library uses TrueType fonts to render text which moves and changes shape according to a set of rules.
