Printing to 8.5" x 11"

How do I set up to print to an 8.5" x 11" piece of paper?
The page setup dialog will appear under three conditions:
With LXFree for Java, paper selection occurs when you select the Print command.
The basic size of a plot created with the New command is also based on selected paper size.
If you are trying to scale your plot so that it fits on a single page of paper, use the View -> Zoom -> Zoom to Single Page command. This will cause a dialog to appear asking for the paper size.
With Java printing, there is no way to scale a plot with the printer. So all scaling must be done using Zoom.
