Little improvement

Is it possible to make the "GO" button become red or other color when he changes in "manuel", because during a show, if the fader stay at 1%, and the go is trigger, the cue goes with the time, and it's sometime hard to see if we are in manuel mode with a quick look.

The text of the button changes from "Go" to "Manual" when the fader is all the way down and it is possible to start a manual fade.

The latest build (6313) adds color to the buttons to make this more apparent.
