TouchOSC LXConsoleRemote not working
One other thing that I notice in your video is a large number of small icons in the menu bar. I don't know what those are. However, have you tried booting in safe mode? (Hold down the shift key as the mac restarts until you see a progress bar at the bottom of the startup screen). Safe mode should disable all those extensions and that would eliminate one of them causing a conflict.
Aso, have you tried going the other way? ( OSC out from LXConsole to TouchOSC) If you make sure that the device with TouchOSC is connected and that LXConsole's OSC Out preference is set to look for TouchOSC, you should be able to connect the OSC out. File->External->OSC Out. If a connection is found, the menu will change from a "-" next to OSC Out to a check mark. And there will be a green message in the Messages window.
If you do establish a connection, you should be able to move the master fader in LXConsole's Live window and have the master fader in the TouchOSC LXConsole Remote Layout move along.

I have tried to boot in safe mode. In this mode there is a problem with the LXConsole interface. In the live window, the "go", "back ", "stop" and "hold" buttons doesn't show up. Anyway, I tried to establish a connection moving the master fader in Touch OSC and it doesn't work. I also tried using LXConsole on another session in which I have less background softwares. I quit those remaining softwares but it didn't help. I tried to use the OSC out from LXConsole. When I move the master in LXConsole it doesn't move the master in TouchOSC BUT a red "light" blinks in Touch OSC indicating that it receive an OSC signal.
I suggested safe mode as a test. It shuts of GL filters which is why the buttons don't show up. They are still there and work, you just can't see them. But, you generally only use safe boot to diagnose and solve problems. This test, unfortunately, did not provide any further information.
I've tried a variety of systems and in all cases, TouchOSC to LXConsole works quite easily. At least that is true on wireless networks that allow traffic on the ports being used. And, where that is not the case, TouchOSC to LXConsole works using a computer to computer network.
It seems that you have tried more than one system where TouchOSC to LXConsole does not work.
In my case, the one consistent thing is that TouchOSC is running on either my iPad or iPhone. In both cases it is TouchOSC 1.9.2 and iOS 7.0.2. And, the TouchOSC layout file is the latest one that is included with LXConsole 3.2.2. On the computer end, the operating systems and versions of LXConsole vary. But, even after updating to 3.2.2, they all still work.
In your case, I'm presuming that you are using the same device to try out connecting to different computers as well. The fact that when you try to send OSC to TouchOSC, it indicates a message but does not respond must mean something. One thing to try is to use the LXConsole->Install Extras->Touch OSC Remote File to download that file and then to use iTunes to update the one on your device to see if that makes a difference in either direction way, TouchOSC to LXConsole or LXConsole to TouchOSC.
Also, you might try using a different TouchOSC layout, such as the one called "Simple" to see if you can get LXConsole to detect any incoming OSC at all. Another test along these lines would be to use the LXConsole remote layout with QLab. In Qlab's workspace settings->OSC Controls tab, you can capture incoming OSC messages. With TouchOSC targeted at QLab, does the LXConsole Remote layout send messages that QLab can detect?
If QLab obviously captures messages and after you switch to LXConsole and connect using a different port number, it does not detect them, there should be some error messages printed to the console log. To see these you use the OSX utility console and view all messages.
Please, also if anyone else has the same problem (or even better has solved the problem) please post. Otherwise, we have a case where it works for me and does not for you and we are almost out of ways to figure out the difference.

You won't believe it. It works!!!! The problem was coming from the touchOSC layout. I tried to use the LxConsole layout and it didn't work. That was bizarre since I managed before to use touchOSC with QLab without issue. Then I tried every other layouts I have on TouchOSC and everyone one of them worked except the LXConsole one. I deleted it and install it again with iTunes and suddenly, alleluia, it worked! Maybe there was a problem by sending the layout thru wifi in TouchOSC Editor like I used to do. Anyway, everything is fine now. I now have to try it extensively but communication is there.
I have to thank you A LOT for your time and devotion about my problem. It's rare and very appreciated, even more for a free software. I will probably buy LXBeam in some time but just for the help you give me I will be happy to.
