I love LXConsole. When I get to a gig and am plug in I have to make several tweaks to the existing light set up. I have the venue build my light plot, but some lights are brighter than others and some are located in a location that is blinding. I sit at my Mac™ and make the adjustments from the wings. It's hard to see from there and I have tons of other stuff plugged in to my mac so moving it is a hassle. What would be AWESOME would be to go onstage with my iPhone™ with Luminair and make the tweaks with that. I could even stand in the audience to get a look at what the audience is gonna see.

You can use your iPhone as a remote provided you can get a network connection to your Mac.
To do this choose File->External->Share on Network.
You will get an alert telling you sharing is started at an address like 12.34.56.78:9101.
(You will need to either disable your firewall or allow an external connection to LXConsole. The firewall is found in the Mac's System Preferences' Security pane.)
Type the address into Safari on your iPhone. As long as you have a clear network connection from the iPhone to the Mac with no network firewall in between, you'll get a web page that says "Choose a Window" followed by a list of the open windows in LXConsole and their remote controls. You use the "remote" webpage to enter commands into LXConsole just like using the command line.
Your best bet on the network connection is to have your iPhone and Mac both connected to the same wireless connection. If the Mac is connected to a wireless connection and the iPhone connected to a cellular connection, the wireless router likely has a firewall that would need the port assigned to LXConsole's server opened up. The port number is the number after the colon in the web address, (9101 in the example above). The port can be chosen by the OS or you can specify it in LXConsole's Preferences so that it doesn't change. However, you would need to be able to (and know how to) administer the wireless router to do this.

That Network feature is amazing. Any chance I can add a GO button to that, so I can run thru the cues one at a time on stage?
