LXConsole+Enttec DMXUSBPro+D2XX Drivers???

Does LXConsole work with D2XX-drivers?

The reason I ask is that I want to be able to use LXConsole on the same computer that I use Enttecs own software D-pro. Will this work?

LXConsole uses the FTDI virtual com port drivers for communicating with the DMX USB Pro widget.

Ok. I guess that means I can't have both drivers installed at the same time, right?

There may be an issue with having both drivers installed:

The D2XX drivers do not have an installer and require you to use the terminal to install/uninstall them on OS X. The above article has a link to the installation guide.
