Channels frozened

Hi Claude !!!
It seems that every time I'm making inhibitives, I am end up with frozened channels.
Here is the file:

As you can see, channels 18>26 (Â group3) reacte as if they were under inhibitives control, which is not the case.
Note that inhibitives refered only to channels 1>6.
I have try hard to find what it could be but just can not figure it out !
