Printing a tracksheet

Hi all!
Now and then I get the question "In what cue/s is that lamp used?".
I haven't been able to answer until I found out LXConsole have a tracksheet.
Well, it can't be printed like the cuesheet......but.....
at www.danrodney.com/mac/index.html I found a solution.

To take picture of a specific window/object, you press Cmd-Shift-4, then press Spacebar, then Click on the window/object.

This makes a file you can then print out.
