TouchOSC Master/Manual Fader issue

Just checking if anyone else has that issue:
When using the supplied TouchOSC LXConsole remote, the two Playback faders don't work properly.
1) When I move either fader with my mouse on my mac, no problem - the faders on the TouchOSCremote follow flawless, and behave as expected.
2) When I move the Master Fader on the IPad, it follows on my mac until I let go of the fader, at which point, the master fader on both iPad and mac snap to zero.
3) When I move the Manual Fader on the IPad, it follows on my mac until I let go of the fader, at which point, the iPad stays where I left it (i.e. 50%), where as the manual fader on my mac snaps to zero.
I have tried this with and without my firewall, and on two different makes and brands of routers. There are no specific action entries that reference these controls in Setup>OSC, but I understand this is not necessary for these specific controls?
Preferences>OSC has the "Remove "/z" from the end of messages UNticked (I found this necessary to get the keypad/commandline on TouchOSC to work correctly, as it otherwise echoes every character entered into the command line), and
Preferences>OSC Out has "Forward to" and "Send all channels when changed" UNticked. All the rest in both categories is ticked, and seems to be working fine bi-directionally.
Anyone else with the same issue? Or am I overlooking something really obvious?
