Hi Claude !!!
I made myself a display configuration using LXBEAM. The problem is it end up displayed too much to the right and too high as well. I have tried a few things like scaling it down and placing it low and left to compensate but nothing works. Any idea ??? See video:

Your LXConsole window is not large enough to show the entire display you have designed.
Whatever it is at the bottom of the LXBeams window is largely responsible.
Delete that.
Use the popup in the Inspector's Document tab to match the size of the LXBeams file to its contents. That should shrink the space around the objects in the drawing.
Then, try to export the display config again.
BTW, the latest build of LXBeams and LXConsole include scripting support for sending display configurations back and forth without having to export a file and then import it.

Yes ! I should have realised that the thing at the bottom was part of the drawing. At last ! My config is right in the middle.

Now, what about that scripting ? Where is it ? I really could use it !!!
Thanks... for the x times.

You need the latest builds of both LXBeams and LXConsole.
In Console
(Script Icon)->send to LXBeams->send display configuration to LXBeams
In LXBeams
(Script Icon)->control-console->sendDisplayConfigurationToLXConsole

The version of LXBeams that you are running is older and does not have scripting support for exchanging a display configuration with LXConsole. You may have multiple versions of LXBeams on your computer. Make sure that the latest build version is the one running when you use this script.
