We are still having the problem with the interface that is newer than the other one, it`s not getting a yellow led.
Messages say that LX cannot determine the hardware version.
The strange thing is that in enttec`s pro manager the interface works fine on both outputs.
My guess is now that they`ve made changes to the hardware and this newer model that lx doesn`t handle.
(we`ve tried plugging/unplugging the widget many times with no result)
problem with dmx usb pro mk2: no output on universe 2
I have upgraded my mk2's firmware to 4,14. It is recognized and works properly with LXConsole 5.4.1 on MacOS 10.13. I would check your USB connection to the questionable widget. Perhaps carefully clean the connector on the widget with a small brush and alcohol--but check with ENTTEC before doing this if the widget is new and under warranty.

I just tried to connect it to the cable of the other (working!) interface and it does not output uni2, only 1.
So, it clearly is an issue with that specific interface, not the usb connection or the driver.
I dont´t know what to do maybe we `ll try to send it back on the warranty.
