I tried creating an RGBA-device (A for Amber) but couldnt get it to work properly in LXConsole so I changed it to an RGB device in LXBeams. As such at least three out of four colours can be controlled by "channel controls".
I also use RGBW ledlights and this type mixes just great including the white channel.
A request:
In the menu "Setup" item "Entry info" and field "Mix Type" it would be nice if a list of possible mix types could popup so that data is entered correctly and only mixtypes that can also be handled can be chosen.
Which are the mixtypes?

The latest build of LXBeams (7003) adds a mix type combo box to the key entry properties table.
The LXSeries Pro installer also includes the latest LXConsole (5703) which adds a second universe of DMX output. This also includes beta support for outputting the second universe through ENTTEC's upcoming DMX USB Pro 2 which has 2 DMX ports. In the latest build the second universe is sent over Art-Net or ACN when an address above 512 is patched.
