CSV export not working

I'm using LXFree 4.8.2 on Mac 10.10.5. I just tried to do an export of a "channelExport" report as a CSV file. Export defaults to a text-and-tabs TXT format and won't export as CSV. I tried an HTML export and that also comes out as a TXT as well. It has been awhile since I tried this exact operation but it used to work in older versions.

Is this a new bug or is it my combination of hardware and OS?

Its not clear exactly when this regression happened. A quick check puts it between 4.6 and 4.7.5.

But, it doesn't matter because it is fixed in the latest build 4.8.7 (12327.1).
