Current Dimmer returned from Applescript

Is there a way I can have applescript detect the current Dimmer number and say it.

The property dimmerCheckDimmer is now accessible from AppleScript:

tell application "LXConsole"
copy the dimmerCheckDimmer of the front document to dc
say dc
end tell

This makes my whole setup work so much better. I can't wait for a show near Madison, WI.
