unexpected behaviour: deleting Groups By Reference from Cues

Only a small one:

When trying to remove a reference to a Group in a cue, the minus button deletes the top Group, not the selected - if you need to delete one from the middle, you have to delete the whole stack and redo.

Similarly, it would be good if the plus button adds a Group _after_ the selected Group, rather than at the end.

Not super urgent, but would be definitely helpful !

This should be improved in build 8908.1. Also added is the ability to drag included groups into a different order.
