Hello dear,
"Quick mode" command exists in OSC? Edit: time: ! time: f
The OSC output can send the text to the "cue sheet"? (What)
There is documentation of all available commands OSC, please?

The latest build of LXConsole Version 4.1.3 (9629.1) exposes quick mode and the what/when fields of a cue to control by OSC. A summary of direct OSC messages can be found in the help for the setup window's OSC tab.

What is the command to display the text in Cue sheet?

There is no display of the cue sheet using OSC. So, I'm not sure what you are asking.

If you want to remotely view the cue sheet, you can turn on network sharing and then point a web browser on a remote device to the ip address and port (eg 10.110.1.105:51084) that is used for sharing. You will be able to view the cue sheet and other windows through a web page.
