usb pro connection

in dmx menu i cannot select usb pro but only mk2.. if i select usb pro it go back to mk2 .. usb pro is correctly reognised by pro manager and d-pro software..

Are you asking about the USB DMX API in the preferences DMX Info tab?

What version of LXConsole and what version of MacOS are you using?

once reinstalled everything works....

last version of lx cosole and sierra 10.12.6

It could have been the sequence. It is best to use File->External->Plug/unplug Widget if you plug in a USB DMX device after starting LXConsole. Occasionally, if you've unplugged while LXConsole is open without using Plug/unplug Widget, it becomes necessary to go to the DMX Out tab of the preferences and turn off and back on the USB->DMX output. The messages window will help because it logs if a connection to the usb interface is established or if there is an error.
