Java 9 solves an issue with Java applications running on computers with High DPI displays. There is now an installer for LXFree for Java that includes a Java 9 compatible launcher .exe that was created with the latest version of Launch4j.
Java 9 is only available in a 64bit version. Consequently, the InstallLXFreeForJava9.msi file installs the 64bit version of LXFree for Java.
