XML File won't open

Aloha,

A rep plot file that has been evolving for several years suddenly won't open. Here is the error message:
Parse Error: < found before > -- Lustr

Error Domain=NSOSStatusErrorDomain Code=-30773 "kURLInvalidURLError" UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=The document “Paliku House Plot 2020� could not be opened. , NSUnderlyingError=0x6000036f4480 {Error Domain=NSOSStatusErrorDomain Code=-30773 "kURLInvalidURLError"}}

I downloaded the latest - Version 5.6.4 (15911.1) and tried opening from Recent, browser and dragging. Last year's version, and other files, open fine.

What should I try?

Can you e-mail the file? It will make finding the source of the issue a lot easier.

The error means that there is an extra ">" or "<" in the file. But how that differs from previous versions doesn't make sense.
